Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a multi-year client program in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business and technical requirements through workshops and sessions
Support business process re-engineering and implement Salesforce best practices
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and tested

Required Qualifications

BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical studies
5 years of overall IT Business Analyst experience
3 years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically in Salesforce development
Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including architecture and customization capabilities
Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Apex
