Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who collaborates with business leaders to strategize, plan, and execute technology solutions for business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage roadmaps and release plans for assigned areas, ensuring alignment with business needs and company objectives
- Analyze complex business problems and document thorough business requirements for initiatives and epics
- Lead user training and UAT efforts, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of solutions
Required Qualifications and Education
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Prior experience servicing 2 functional areas (e.g., Direct Sales, Order-to-Cash)
- Technical expertise in ERP and CRM systems
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
