Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to facilitate project implementations and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client requirements
- Document User Stories and manage the Feedback Loop through the build process
- Lead User Acceptance Testing and develop end-user training curriculum
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration
- 2+ years of platform- or solution-architecture experience in a custom-system development environment
- 2+ years of marketing cloud experience
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce platforms and advanced configurations
- Experience in Agile project methodology
