- Collaborate with Solution Architect and Business Analyst to document User Stories
- Configure Salesforce systems using declarative functionality and frameworks
- Participate in testing, deployments, and migration processes
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Configuration
- Interest in learning Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and advanced Configuration
- Familiarity with Agile project methodology
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Interest in learning about security/permissions management and data migration
