Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Director to lead its Sales Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide architectural direction and technology choices for scalable software systems
• Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and establish performance metrics

Qualifications & Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, including 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of managing high-performing software engineering teams
• Experience in implementing packaged applications in a Salesforce environment
• Preferred experience with healthcare staffing platforms
