Salesforce Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead their Practice Development engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and establish operating policies for the engineering team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects and operational decisions
• Coach and develop team members while managing technology vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in Information Technology, including 5+ years in Salesforce development and administration
• 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce engineering teams
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading Scrum teams
