Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare services firm, the full-time Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant will design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems such as EHR/EMR and third-party APIs
• Develop and maintain data models, security models, and automation workflows specific to healthcare use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2+ years focused on Health Cloud
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud objects and patient-centered processes
• Deep understanding of healthcare concepts such as care plans and patient journeys
• Salesforce Developer and Health Cloud certifications are highly preferred
