Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Product Manager - Servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of servicing processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Gather business requirements and manage the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects
- Maintain the Salesforce Servicing roadmap and ensure alignment with the broader Salesforce Enterprise strategy
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-4 years of product manager or product owner experience
- Experience in guiding Salesforce implementations and transformations
- Experience within the mortgage lending or servicing industry is highly desired
- Salesforce certifications are preferred
