Salesforce Training Lead

Job Summary

Driving enterprise adoption of the Salesforce CRM platform, the full-time Learning & Training Lead will develop and deliver training content, implement change management strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user proficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality sales training content aligned with business objectives
• Create platform-specific training materials, including user guides and e-learning modules
• Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend targeted training interventions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a Salesforce CRM environment
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering training programs and change management strategies
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and related applications
