Job Summary
A company is looking for an SBA 7(a) Loan Auditor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct loan file reviews for compliance with SBA 7(a) requirements
- Utilize proprietary software to draft findings and prepare internal reports
- Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the Senior Financial Analyst
Required Qualifications and Education
- 4+ years of experience with SBA 7(a) loan programs
- 5+ years of experience in commercial loan activities with regulatory agencies or financial institutions
- Knowledge of SBA's 7(a) Loan Program Requirements and loan closing processes
- 2+ years of experience in collections or special asset management of SBA 7(a) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 10+ years of SBA 7(a) loan experience in lieu of degree
