Job Summary
A company is looking for an SBA Loan Auditor to support the Small Business Administration in lender oversight reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct loan file reviews to ensure compliance with SBA 7(a) requirements
- Utilize proprietary software to draft findings and prepare internal reports
- Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the Senior Financial Analyst
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience with SBA 7(a) loan programs
- 5+ years of experience in commercial loan activities and due diligence processes
- Working knowledge of SBA's 7(a) Loan Program Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in collections or special asset management of SBA 7(a) preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or 10+ years' SBA 7(a) loan experience in lieu of degree
