Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the Inside Desk and Risk Control Consultants
  • Establishing customer contact, providing information, and necessary documentation
  • Providing confirmation to consultants for appointments

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of outbound call handling experience
  • Experience with call center or telephone customer service
  • Microsoft Office and data entry experience
