Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling customer appointments for the Inside Desk and Risk Control Consultants
- Establishing customer contact, providing information, and necessary documentation
- Providing confirmation to consultants for appointments
Required Qualifications:
- High School Education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of outbound call handling experience
- Experience with call center or telephone customer service
- Microsoft Office and data entry experience
