Job Summary
A company is looking for a New Start Coordinator to support the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist government Program Managers and Technical SETAs in the ARPA-H New Start process from hire date to contract award
- Develop or update materials weekly for presentation to mission office leadership regarding ongoing new starts
- Manage concurrent and competing timelines for multiple Government clients and assist in programmatic document development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PhD in Biological Sciences or a related scientific field with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting the development of new starts and government Program Managers (e.g., DARPA, ARPA-E, IARPA)
- Ability to perform as a seasoned consultant and adapt quickly to changes
- Strong work ethic and a passion for scientific discovery
- Team-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
