Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace Agile principles and practices within the organization
- Guide and coach Scrum Teams to deliver high-quality products
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and track resolution of impediments and risks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field
- 3+ years project management experience on an Agile Team
- 1+ years' experience in an agile framework or method
- Understanding of software development life cycle models and traditional project management principles
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization
