Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to guide and support development teams in Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate all scrum-related meetings
- Collaborate with the team to develop project plans and manage the backlog
- Coach the team on Agile principles and help remove impediments to progress
Required Qualifications
- Active clearance highly desired; must pass federal background check
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment for federal or DoD projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Significant experience working with product owners and stakeholders
