Scrum Master

Job Summary

To support a long-term Federal project, the full-time remote Scrum Master will oversee project aspects, lead teams, and ensure adherence to agile methodologies while facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project, leading a team on large projects or significant segments of large and complex projects
• Analyze project-related problems and create innovative solutions while ensuring adherence to agile methodologies and the SAFe framework
• Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and manage conflicts within the team or between stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role, plus 4-5 years of professional experience
• SAFE Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Lean-Agile principles, and the SAFe framework
• Proficiency in Agile and project management tools such as Azure DevOps
• Associate's degree or equivalent years of work experience
