Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and maintain Agile Scrum artifacts
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to drive development forward
Collect and report progress metrics regularly

Required Qualifications:

5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master with Agile certifications
Ability to manage multiple teams and product roadmaps
Experience with GitLab, Jira, and distributed development teams
Experience with release planning and tracking Agile methodologies
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
