Scrum Master and Atlassian Admin
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Atlassian Tools Admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a scrum team in all aspects of the committed work
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enable the team to become self-organizing and self-managing
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence sites, projects, and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or member of a software development team
- Agile certification such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and administering Jira and Confluence
- Experience delivering technical training and Agile coaching/mentoring
