Scrum Master and Atlassian Admin
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master/Atlassian Tools Admin.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a scrum team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and enabling self-organization
- Design, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence sites, workflows, and dashboards
- Coach team members in Agile practices and assist in adopting lean/agile methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a software development team
- Agile certification such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence administration
- Experience delivering technical training and Agile coaching/mentoring
