Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master for their North America team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Support the Scrum team in eliminating blockers and ensuring smooth workflow
- Collaborate with Product Owner to align team with product goals and priorities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in eCommerce or digital product environment
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
