Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support strategies, standards, and processes to deliver exceptional service and maximize efficiencies
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage unique or complex customer interactions
  • Act as a Brand Expert on policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills in analyzing root causes of errors
  • Ability to research process flow and create innovative solutions
  • Technical and functional knowledge to assist in workload areas
  • Experience leveraging technology and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
