Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Coordinator, Customer Support-Tier 3 in Ohio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategies, standards, and processes to deliver exceptional service and maximize efficiencies
- Provide excellent customer service and manage unique or complex customer interactions
- Act as a Brand Expert on policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
