Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal My HR Live Support Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve inquiries through various channels
  • Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and adjust resolution plans as needed
  • Collaborate with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve policies

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, or human resources
  • Proven ability using Microsoft Office and other computer-based programs
  • Schedule flexibility to support a 24x7 operation
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced education in Human Resources or related fields preferred
