Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal My HR Live Support Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve inquiries through various channels
- Build customer trust through empathetic conversations and adjust resolution plans as needed
- Collaborate with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve policies
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, or human resources
- Proven ability using Microsoft Office and other computer-based programs
- Schedule flexibility to support a 24x7 operation
- 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree or advanced education in Human Resources or related fields preferred
