Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal My HR Live Support Advisor (MHLS).
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve inquiries through various communication channels
- Build trust with employees by providing empathetic and personalized support
- Collaborate with partner teams to address cross-functional issues and improve policies
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, or human resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based programs
- Schedule flexibility to support 24x7 operations
- 5+ years of experience preferred, along with previous HR experience
- Bachelor's degree or advanced education in a related field is preferred
