Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Supervisor, Direct to Consumer Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of licensed agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs through data-driven insights and coaching
- Analyze call recordings and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Handle escalated caller issues, develop Performance Improvement Plans, and provide ongoing support to team members
Required Qualifications:
- Active Health Insurance License in good standing
- 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Medicare Leadership
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in broker-style settings with high-risk accounts required
- Experience in upselling Medicare members in a PDP cross-selling preferred
