Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Supervisor, Direct to Consumer Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of licensed agents to achieve sales targets and KPIs through data-driven insights and coaching
  • Analyze call recordings and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Handle escalated caller issues, develop Performance Improvement Plans, and provide ongoing support to team members

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Health Insurance License in good standing
  • 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in Medicare Leadership
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in broker-style settings with high-risk accounts required
  • Experience in upselling Medicare members in a PDP cross-selling preferred
