Job Summary
A company is looking for a Security Engineer to enhance the security of their global compensation and employment platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate dynamic and static application security testing into the CI/CD pipeline
- Identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks across features, products, and infrastructure
- Advocate for security compliance through training and collaboration with engineers and PMs
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in software security or operations, preferably in early startups
- Deep understanding of web security, TLS/SSL, web authentication, and applied cryptography
- Experience with threat models and industry-standard security tools
- Experience with DigitalOcean
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to execute new ideas independently
