Job Summary
A company is looking for a Security Health Technician - Shift to manage security health issues and ensure system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot service health issues related to managed security solutions
- Resolve network connectivity and Linux operating system problems, as well as event data flow issues with clients' SIEM
- Handle account management requests from various business units
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of hands-on System/Network Administration experience
- Experience with cloud-based Next-Gen AV software and SIEM platforms
- Understanding of core network protocols and Linux systems
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms, preferably ServiceNow
- Security +, Network + certifications preferred, but not required
