Job Summary
Driving the development and optimization of documentation and training, the full-time Associate Manager, Knowledge & Technical Enablement will enhance technical execution and team capability for Security Technical Support and Security Installation Success teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Service Guides, troubleshooting workflows, and knowledge base content for technicians and support teams
- Partner with various teams to identify root cause trends and translate insights into updated documentation and training
- Design and deliver structured onboarding and training focused on technical fundamentals and troubleshooting methodology
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with security systems and a strong technical background in access control, CCTV/VMS, and alarm systems
- Experience in technical support, field operations, and technical writing or systems documentation
- Proficiency in creating troubleshooting guides and technical training materials
- Familiarity with AI and Microsoft Copilot-enabled knowledge systems
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
