Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage opportunity deals with accurate close dates
- Close sales deals efficiently while guiding clients through the process
- Self-generate leads through various outreach methods
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in building key customer relationships
- Several years of experience as an Account Executive or in related SaaS sales
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and ability to manage the entire sales cycle
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in the HR industry is a plus
