Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive - Remote USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer relationships, including high-profile key accounts
• Gather customer feedback to prioritize software enhancements and prepare business reviews
• Mentor junior account managers and handle documentation tasks

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in account management or customer relations in the pharmaceutical industry
• 4-year undergraduate degree required; PharmD, RPh, or CPhT preferred
• Strong experience in business case preparation and presentation
• Proven ability to lead information gathering sessions and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
