Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and lead regular business reviews
  • Manage key account metrics and ensure proactive account management for renewals and expansions

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7+ years managing complex B2B and/or B2C SaaS accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion goals in a subscription-based model
  • Experience managing global accounts and navigating cultural differences
  • Strong strategic and data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools
  • Comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle management
