Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plans for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and lead regular business reviews
- Manage key account metrics and ensure proactive account management for renewals and expansions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years managing complex B2B and/or B2C SaaS accounts
- Proven track record of achieving retention and expansion goals in a subscription-based model
- Experience managing global accounts and navigating cultural differences
- Strong strategic and data-driven mindset with experience in CRM tools
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle management
