Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Empowering the future of travel, the fully remote Senior Accountant will lead financial reporting and month-end close processes, identify automation opportunities, and ensure compliance with tax regulations while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, focusing on continuous improvement and automation
• Review and analyze commission revenues and travel-related expenses, partnering with operations for accurate client billings
• Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements and support audits with clear documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with foreign currency transactions
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as NetSuite or QuickBooks Enterprise
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate complex accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders
