Senior AI Creative Designer

Job Summary

To enhance AI visual production capabilities, the full-time Senior AI Creative Designer will create high-quality visual assets aimed at improving conversion rates, collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to produce compelling marketing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality AI-generated visuals for performance marketing campaigns across various channels
• Iterate on visual concepts based on performance data and collaborate with team members to align visuals with messaging
• Ensure high visual quality and realism while maintaining brand consistency across all assets

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in design, visual content creation, or creative digital marketing
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with AI image generation platforms producing photorealistic visuals
• Cross-platform proficiency in connecting AI outputs with traditional design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong visual sense, including composition, lighting, color, and typography
• Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher proficiency
