Senior AI Process Engineer

Job Summary

To support the integration of AI-powered workflows, the full-time Senior AI Process Engineer will design and implement automation solutions using Claude, serve as the go-to expert for Claude integration across projects, and enable colleagues by sharing AI best practices in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows and automation using Claude and related tools
• Serve as the go-to expert for Claude integration across projects and teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a technical assessment required
• Expert-level proficiency with Claude and experience building production workflows with Claude API
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI workflow design, and LLM integration patterns
• Solid programming fundamentals, language/stack agnostic (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar)
• Experience with API integration, automation frameworks, and workflow orchestration
