Senior Analyst Instructional Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Instructional Designer to create impactful learning experiences for colleagues and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging learning materials using adult learning theories
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to align training solutions with operational goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of content
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
- 2 years' experience using eLearning tools and design software, such as Articulate360 and Vyond
- Basic project management principles
- Experience with online meeting and collaboration tools, such as WebEx and Zoom
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
