Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst in Legal & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage annual legal review and updates of company policies, procedures, contracts, and notices
- Lead regulatory change management process and collaborate with business units
- Provide legal research and support for business expansion activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or related field
- Graduate legal degree or Compliance certifications are highly desirable
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in an in-house legal and/or compliance department
- Experience within the auto lending sector is preferred
- Travel at least twice per year to HQ for company training
