Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end business process activities related to Prior Authorization (PA) and Appeals
- Lead process design and project implementation teams for program compliance and quality control
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using process excellence principles
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in managing Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for PA and Appeals
- Ability to conduct quality reporting, analysis, and audits
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
