Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Customer Engineering Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design incentive structures and manage quotas and territories for Customer Architects and Engineers
- Perform in-depth analyses to support growth initiatives and improve productivity
- Develop and maintain systems, tools, and dashboards for operational insights and reporting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Field Operations, Strategy, FP&A, or Management Consulting in SaaS
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with BigQuery and SQL; experience with Tableau is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
