Senior Analyst, Trust & Safety
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Trust & Safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and develop reports related to online safety issues
- Research and analyze emerging threats to proactively identify and address potential risks
- Support quality assurance processes and drive operational improvements through analytics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis for UGC platform safety
- Previous experience in Trust & Safety with expertise in online safety challenges
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks like COPPA and GDPR is a plus
