Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Benefits Professional who will contribute to the design and delivery of competitive benefit offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze divisional benefit offerings against industry benchmarks and peer companies
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design compliant benefit offerings and develop implementation strategies
• Work with communication teams to create communication plans for benefit changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data science or analytics
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including vlookup, if statements, and pivot tables
• 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in employee benefits or HR fields is preferred
