Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate, Underwriting, Real Estate Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Relationship Managers with financial modeling, screening financing opportunities, and evaluating credit quality
- Identify and assess risks related to property performance and market dynamics
- Perform market research to analyze trends affecting property value and loan structure
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited institution
- Minimum of 4+ years of commercial real estate financial modeling experience
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, including financial modeling
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
