Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager - Back Office (Non-Call Center) to support the Claims department within the Aidvantage Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure performance metrics are met
  • Improve existing processes and collaborate with teams to enhance workflow
  • Monitor compliance with standards and implement corrective actions as necessary

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience
  • Three or more years of people management experience
  • Experience with the FSA Department of Education preferred
  • Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
  • Must pass a criminal background check and not be delinquent on federal student loans
