Senior Backend Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer II to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a dynamic pricing algorithm for the marketplace
- Develop tooling to configure and test the pricing algorithm and manage real-time price updates
- Contribute to shared features related to checkout, offer settlement, tax remittance, and accounting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering, preferably in Golang or Ruby
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (DynamoDB) data stores
- Experience working on large, production, customer-facing systems
- Experience as a service owner or technical lead
- BS degree preferred
