Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement features and tools while ensuring stability and usability
- Lead and execute large-scale projects, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle
- Mentor and guide software engineers, promoting best practices in development processes
Required Qualifications
- At least 6+ years of experience as an engineer
- Professional experience developing with modern programming languages, particularly Golang and Ruby
- Experience working with distributed systems on cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Cloud-native mindset with a solid understanding of DevOps principles
- Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools for observability practices
