Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer - On-chain Market Making.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new on-chain trading strategies
- Monitor, tune, and improve market making performance across chains
- Develop backend infrastructure for market making operations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with C++ / Rust
- Strong experience in building high frequency, ultra-low-latency applications
- Good understanding of financial markets, order books, and market making
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, maths, physics, or a related field
- Experience with SQL databases and cloud services like Google Cloud / AWS
