Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Applications Analyst in the Solutions Development department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements
- Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field, with at least 2 years in a senior business analyst role
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
- Experience with agile development methodologies and Agile planning tools, such as Jira
- Salesforce Certification and Copado Robotic Test Automation experience are a plus
- Prior experience with lead to order, order to cash, service quoting, procure to pay, and/or record to report processes is a plus
