Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst to guide clients in gathering and analyzing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through joint application design sessions to collect and verify business requirements
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and document procedures
• Collaborate with internal and external users to develop solutions and prepare test scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Business analysis, requirements, and/or product ownership certifications preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow experience
• Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government for export-controlled commodities
