Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to act as a bridge between clients and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the development team, providing guidance on business requirements
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements from stakeholders
- Create user stories with defined acceptance criteria and facilitate Agile ceremonies to maintain project momentum
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Active clearance at the Public Trust level or above
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Proven expertise in gathering and documenting detailed requirements
