Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Hotel Business Analyst, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain client performance dashboards in Amazon QuickSight using SQL scripting
  • Develop and expand reporting and dashboard portfolio in collaboration with leadership and customer success team
  • Identify trends, provide recommendations for performance improvement, and prepare ad hoc analysis

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance with strong SQL skills
  • Experience in business travel industry and hotel spend management preferred
  • Proficiency in business intelligence software, customer relationship management systems, and relational databases
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to write logic and mathematical statements
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
