Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst/Project Manager to support new system initiatives and perform project management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research problems, recommend software changes, and coordinate development to meet business requirements
- Act as a liaison between business users and the IT team, transforming user requests into business requirements
- Manage system testing, develop test plans, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of IT and/or systems experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Project management experience
- Experience in the Health Insurance Industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SQL is a plus
