Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Architect to enhance collaboration and productivity for clients using Microsoft tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Microsoft collaboration tools
- Lead sessions with stakeholders to identify business issues and opportunities for improvement
- Provide mentorship and maintain collaborative relationships while managing project requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 7-10 years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience with various methodologies and frameworks such as Agile and SCRUM
- Ability to lead a team of analysts on large-scale projects
- Flexibility to adapt to various project types and client needs
- Desire for continued education and certification relevant to the position
